Michele Stephenson is the CEO and Founder of MDS Events LLC, an Event Management Company established in April 2016. MDS Events specializes in the planning and execution of corporate meetings, incentive programs, trade shows, and exhibitions, both domestically and internationally. The company is known for developing scalable, impactful event formats that align with clients’ strategic business objectives and brand vision.

Under Michele’s leadership, MDS Events has successfully negotiated and executed events across Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, Mexico, and throughout the United States.

With over 30 years of experience, Michele brings a wealth of expertise from her work in hotel sales, destination management, and meeting planning. She has held senior leadership roles such as Events Strategic Consultant, Director of Business Development, National Sales Director, and National Sales Manager for respected organizations across the U.S. and abroad.

Michele is a proud alumna of Orange Coast College, where she earned her degree in Business. She remains an active member of professional organizations including the Society of Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), Meeting Professionals International (MPI), and the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF).

Michele founded MDS Events in honor of her greatest achievements—her sons, Dhane and Sean—and is deeply inspired by her grandsons, Damien and Mason. Her entrepreneurial spirit and deep commitment to family fuel her passion for excellence in event planning. Michele has built 100% of her business through referrals, a testament to her reputation for integrity, creativity, and results.

A native of Huntington Beach, California, Michele leads a vibrant, health-conscious lifestyle. She is an avid marathon runner, a vegetarian food enthusiast, and a dedicated member of Orangetheory Fitness. She is also a proud supporter of the ASPCA, the Humane Society, and the American Cancer Society.
